We do not perform onsite repairs The panel will need to be removed and replaced with a temporary wooden barrier not to exceed 4' x 8' which is included in our Full Service Repair flat rate. Repairs generally take 5-7 days. If other materials are required as barriers e.g. ( Specialty wood or glass ) to bar and secure the window opening then please feel free to call to discuss related charges. Specialty glass needs will extend the project much further out depending on availability.

This is a good opportunity to consider commissioning a new window panel to replace your outdated damaged unit.

Ambrosia Glassworks
Finally, someone who can repair that damaged leaded glass window. As long as there are little Johnny's and rocks on the ground there seems to be a need for leaded glass repairs. Allow Ambrosia Glassworks to help you bring luster back into the life of your damaged window or consider replacing the outdated unit with something fresh and new.
OPTION "A" Full Service Repair

  • Flat rate charge of $375 per damaged window unit.
  • The first five pieces of stock stained or clear textured architectural glass is included.
  • $35 per piece after the fifth will be added to the flat rate.
  • Any damaged bevels will incur a separate custom bevel charge for replication. This charge is based on the linear perimeter inch dimension of each damaged piece of beveled glass. Call for current rates for custom beveling.
  • Additional surcharges will be incurred in the event the project entails unconventional variables regarding removal or installation e.g.(scaffolding, special materials, height reach equipment rental, non-industry standard installations, access hindrances, etc.). Call for details.
  • A nonrefundable $35.00 service call fee will be assessed. The service call fee will be applied towards the project total. Additional charges may be assessed if the project location is outside of our Repair Service Zone. This fee is nonrefundable and payable upon arrival of the Ambrosia Glassworks associate to the property by Amex or personal check.
  • Removal and installation is provided by Ambrosia Glassworks.
OPTION "B" Unit Repair

  • Flat rate charge of $200 per damaged window unit.
  • The first five pieces of stock stained or clear textured architectural glass is included.
  • $35 per piece after the fifth will be added to the flat rate.

  • Window unit must be dropped off and picked up at the Ambrosia Glassworks Agroura Hills Studio or your local Ambrosia Glassworks field office through a pre appointed time. Removal and installation will not be provided by Ambrosia Glassworks.
